Our terms can be divided into the following categories:
All payments for hosting plans (including our virtual shared plans, reseller plans and site packages) are based on a recurring subscription. You may sign up for our plans on either a monthly or a yearly basis. Domain registrations are renewable yearly. Your hosting fees and/or domain registrations will become due on the same date that you registered or placed your initial order, every month or year, whichever is applicable.
Purchasing Add-ons or Upgrades:
When you purchase an account add-on or upgrade, the new amount is immediately due and payable. In addition, the combined total amount for all of your services will become payable on your next anniversary.
The following shows an example of how an account add-on would be applied to your current billing cycle:

Your invoices and transactions:
You will receive invoices by email and may log in to your member's account at any time to review outstanding invoices, past transactions and details of previous orders. You will also be able to make your payment from within your member's area after you log in.
If your account becomes overdue by more than 7 days, your hosting account will be suspended unless you have made prior arrangements with the administrator. You will also be subject to a late payment fee of $2. If your account does become suspended, there will be a $5 USD reconnection fee.
To avoid the possible suspension or termination of your account and the additional fees this will incur, please ensure you make your payment by the due date. If you need to discuss alternative payment arrangements for a particular payment period, please be sure to get in contact with us BEFORE your payment becomes overdue.
EZY Hosts provides our clients with access to our services and products to the best of our ability at all times. This includes prompt and courteous (and friendly) customer support, technical advice and site maintenance, as well as the resolution of any problems that may arise.
We warrant that our services shall always be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, and the computer servers will be operated in accordance with our obligations as defined by this Agreement.
Please also read the information relating to our 14-day money back guarantee for additional warranties and guarantees we provide specifically for your first 14 days of service with us.
We will provide you with connection of your hosting services to the Internet to enable public access on a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week basis, with the exception of any scheduled maintenance downtime. We will use our best efforts to provide uninterrupted connections and access, but cannot be held liable for any downtime or connection failures which are beyond our control or caused by, for example, acts of nature, third-party equipment or transmission failures, or security breaches.
Except for the express warranties above, we do not make any warranties relating to our provision of services to you. All services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.
EZY Hosts respects our clients' diverse range of interests and applications and will not ban or remove content solely on the basis of opinion. However, your rights to use of our services are also dependent upon you complying with legal requirements having regard to copyrighted or illegal materials, or those that are illegal in nature. Legal Indemnity (legalese in this one!):
You agree to indemnify and hold EZY Hosts and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the system, your use of the system, your connection to the system, your violation of our terms of service, or your violation of any rights of another.
Although we will make reasonable efforts to protect and backup data for you on a regular basis, we are not responsible for the content residing on the hosting services. You are ultimately and solely responsible for the backup of your own data stored with your service. Backups can be managed, downloaded and restored using features available within your account Control Panel. You may contact technical support for assistance in scheduling regular backups of your account through your cPanel software. It is your responsibility to maintain local copies of your web content and information. EZY Hosts may be able to provide restoration of your site's content from the most recent backup archive, but this is not guaranteed.
This is an easy one! DON'T SPAM! EZY Hosts works very hard maintaining its services in top-quality condition to ensure continued access for all of our clients. We must take all spam complaints very seriously and any violations will be swiftly dealt with. This includes the immediate termination of your account and all services with NO REFUND! You will also be subject to a "clean up" fee of .
Spam is a very serious threat to legitimate business owners on the Internet today and we will not condone nor mask the activities of anyone known to be spamming through any of our networks.
Suggestion: join spam-free opt-in mailing lists, safelists, FFA sites, advertising sites, ezines, paid-to-read and traffic exchanges if you are keen on blasting your advertising across the Internet. If you are attempting to build referrals for programs, consider a downline club or user forum. You can search for any of these terms on the Internet and will be provided with hundreds of free site resources. A lot of them will even PAY YOU for referring others!
Bottom line: there are many legitimate ways to advertise on the Internet without resorting to UCE (unsolicited commercial email) a.k.a. "spam".
Requests for cancelling accounts may be made in writing with at least 7 days notice before your billing date or before the start of the next month and sent to: email@example.com.
Breach of our Terms of Service (TOS):
If we terminate your account due to a breach of this agreement, you will be charged in full for the entire month in which the breach occurred. If you have chosen to prepay additional months or yearly for your services, we have the right to charge you an administrative fee before refunding any unused term payments to you.
